One Ski Hill Place, Breckenridge, Colorado’s newest luxury residences

RockResorts comes to Breckenridge! Started by the Rockefeller family years ago, RockResorts is the leading brand in properties that are uniquely defined by their location. Unlike the consistent sameness of other luxury resorts, each RockResort really looks and feels like it belongs where it is. Vail Resorts acquired RockResorts recently, and they have taken the huge step of introducing this unheard-of level of luxury to Breckenridge.

This morning I attended a Realtor preview presentation put on by Vail Resorts Development Co. They are starting to accept pre-construction reservations for One Ski Hill Place, a new RockResort at the base of Peak 8. This is already the main base area at Breckenridge Ski resort, and One Ski Hill Place will be the premier place to own slopeside in Breck.

A bowling alley in a slopeside lodge? You betcha. And not just any bowling alley. This one will be themed to Breck's mining town history, so you will roll your ball down a (faux, of course) mine shaft.

This is a prime "beachfront" (snow, not sand) spot where four ski lifts and the BreckConnect gondola converge. Owners here can enjoy easy access to skiing as well as numerous other outdoor activities. Summer brings fishing, biking, golf, rafting, sailing, and more to the area. Of course, rental management programs will be available to allow owners to maximize their investment.

One Ski Hill Place will consist of 90 condos, of which 42 are 2BR/2BA, the most commonly requested. Prices range from $585,000 for a 522 sf. studio, to $2,670,000 for a 1972 sf. 4BR/4BA. There are multiple 2BR units priced from $1,275,000 to $1,675,000.

I wish I lived in that "affordable" neighborhood. Breck is great!
