The following numbers represent the Real Estate Market Review for San Ramon, CA  94582 & 94583 for the month of January 2012. The situation in San Ramon is similar to the surrounding cities over the past month. Inventory is down to start 2012 in both the attached and detached home markets. Marketing times have moved down a touch from the December Report.

San Ramon Real Estate

San Ramon has 126 homes currently "pending sale" with a high price of $1,599,999 and a low price of $299,000.  There are 111 condo/townhomes "pending sale" with a high price of $597,500 and a low price of $99,000.
