Marketing Blueprint For Your Real Estate Business

By
Education & Training with Matt LaClear Enterprises
Today I want to share a marketing blueprint with you that will be sure to knock the worry out of the coming holiday season if you start implementing the steps contained in it!

Because if you follow it you will start receiving tons of web traffic coming from sources such as active rain, localism.com, search engines, myspace, facebook, craigslist, youtube, blog feeds, talkshoe and podcast feeds.

When it comes to marketing success tons of web traffic is a very good thing!

Marketing Blueprint For Real Estate Agents

1)  Create a free blog on ActiveRain.com if you haven't already done so.

2)  Have my team create a free customized blog for you to use as your main blog.

3)  Go to wordtracker.com (right now they are even offering a free trial) and search for the keywords local residents enter into the search engines when they are looking for information real estate related.

4)  Write 3 New Articles every week and add them to your blog using the keywords you researched from step 2.

5)  Submit your blog url to all the blog feeds and search engines I listed here and here every time you post a new post.

6)  Purchase Camtasia software and learn how to use it and post one new video every week and upload it to youtube.com and your blog and then submitted to all the blog feeds I listed above.

7)  Create 3 ads a week and post them on your area to craigslist.com (one ad looking for listings, one advertising your listings, one ad looking for buyers.

8)  Create a free account on facebook.com  as well as Myspace.com and post your 3 articles a week on there as well.

9)  Create a free podcast every week using a free talkshoe.com account and post them to all your blogs and then submit to all the podcast feeds.

I know right now the blueprint may seem like quite a bit of work to you but that's okay because it is.  Success in any endeavor never comes easy and you know it.

Now if you have questions on how to perform any of the work mentioned in this blueprint simply post me your questions and I promise I'll answer them in a very timely manner.

Or if you prefer that my staff does all the work for you including ghost writing the articles in your name then give us a call at 517-663-2534 and we can get you started for a very low down payment and you can pay us the rest in a couple of months after the holidays have hit.

The holidays are scary for sure.  But they are deadly if you don't have any marketing in place.  Marketing equals hope.

So instead of freaking out about sales how about ya go scrape together some pop bottles, go donate a liter of plasma and break open the piggy bank and come up with a small down payment and we'll get you rolling with this service.

I promise it will kick tail.  And this time of the year it is better to kick tail than get your tail kicked!

The good news about this blog is that I created it to teach real estate professionals how to go about building their businesses up via blogging, Facebook, Myspace, Active Rain, Talk Shoe, You Tube and Craigslist so you're not going to want to miss a single entry.

Love your ideas, Matt!  Thanks for sharing!  Might as well take the little extra time to repost your blogs whenever you get the chance.  It's a great reminder of how going that extra mile really pays off.  By the way, read your profile, your house sounds amazing.  Living in MT, sounds like we have a similar setting.  Nothing beats a relaxing home in the countryside!

Erika...it's important that the articles we post also have the right keywords in them as well.  Otherwise the only traffic we get from them will be from the community in which we posted them.  Which is fine in itself but we should always be trying to get traffic from the search engines as well with our posts.

As far as our property goes I have to admit I had a very hard time enjoying it for the first couple of years because I was always freaking out and obsessed with paying for it!  Until one day I just went out and sat in it and noticed how quiet it was.  It was so quiet I was able to let out my angst and actually come up with some pretty good ideas as a result.

If we can lose the angst we can certainly put oursleves in a better position to prosper and maybe even enjoy life a little!

Great blueprint!  Some of the things you listed I already do, some I've been working on, and some I hadn't thought of.  Keep it up!

Thanks for the tips, I'm going to try to implement them and see where it goes. . .and I agree with you about losing the angst (which is one of many reasons I live in the country. . .gotta have the open spaces).

That is quite a to-do list, but it's definitely worth all the effort.  I've done about 1/4 of what you've suggested, so now I'm off to get going on the rest.  Thanks!

Wow, Matt, this seems like a pretty ambitious agenda you have laid out. I will have to give your ideas a good study. This certainly is a good time of the year to start thinking about marketing for next year.

Stefan...it is an aggressive list for sure but that's only because there are so many web 2.0 tools for agents to use these days.  I am actually going to be adding some steps to the list this weekend so make sure to check it out to see what I added.
