Teri...Not all the numbers mean things are not getting better. Less listings is a good thing.

William--Lower inventory is good for the overall real estate market but it will affect the amount of homes a first time buyer will have to choose from. This is creating multiple offers...good for sellers not so much for the first time buyer.
