Although the closing is scheduled for December 10, my client informed me today that her house "FINALLY SOLD!"
Her home had been on the market since March when she called me in August. She'd had a few close calls but no official offers. I was hired to do a Consultation Report, with which she used my suggestions to do the staging herself, with me being a phone call/email away for help. I did stop in to visit to see how she was making out with her 'staging' during the process. It took them about a month to get everything updated and changed accordingly.
With her 'staging' officially completed in the end of September, and with her new REA taking over the listing around the same time, the house sold in less than 2 months, after having already sat with nothing for almost 7 months!
...PS: She's asked me to come and arrange her new house with her, as they are downsizing and will need help with placement in the smaller home! YAY!
