Space Saving Ideas for our Smaller Door County Properties--homes and condominiums

Review of HomeRenovationGuide.com---Door County real estate is selling, and many homes are under $250,000.  Considerting the abundance of small condos that are flooding the market (many 2 bedroom/2 bath units are selling), it is not surprising that people are perpetually wondering where they might store all their stuff if/when move in. When space is at a premium, multi-tasking furniture becomes imperative; many beds now offer increased functionality with great storage potential.  My daughter utilizies one of these, and it's a great thing to mention to my potential customers and clients.  A great idea for a first-time buyer or second homebuyer on a budget for these beds is a stop at Ikea.

MaryKay -- I find that the smaller aspect and multi-function necessity of smaller homes, condos, lofts very appealing -- forces us to be better organized.   There's a quote I often hear(but can't remember now) related to this:  no new item enters the home without something leaving(or words to that effect).    Careful planning is key.
