A: Yes, whether it is a Short Sale or a Traditional Resale, the Homeowner has access to a free, personalized site with customized login and password to www.RES.NET . The Homeowner will have access to see offers, documents, and messages.
Q: How are Short Sales initiated?
A: A RES.NET Listing Agent can enter all Short Sale Listings using the “Add New Property” button from the Properties Tab. If you are working with a RES.NET Servicer on a short sale, you will select their name from the “Servicer” Drop down in the “Add New Property” section. A: Yes, using RES.NET’s message center, the Listing Agent has access to the Short Sale Coordinator, Loss Mitigation Specialist, and all others attached to that Property.

A: With a RES.NET referred Short Sale, you will have full access to your Short Sale using “Short Sale Details” tab.
