With the advancements in technology the world is shrinking & real estate proffesionals should start thinking globally

The housing needs of people are no longer restricted to just one region or a country. The advancements in information technology has made the world shrink. The internet has made it possible that even one lives in any country of one's choice can still work for company of any other country.

The concept of having offices is fast changing. Why do we spend money for creating an office, why do we spend in infrastructure, why cant our employees work from whatsoever place they like?

My experience gives me a fairly good idea as to in which direction the world is heading for. Unlike in the past when people from the poor countries used to leave no stone unturned in order to go and work for some rich countries like US, UK Germany or even the gulf nations.

But the time has changed, people living in countries like India China and others have already started serving companies of US, Uk and other advanced nations whithout going there.

People have now realised that why leave their wife and children behind in order to make money. If they are getting little less by working from their own country it hardly matters much to them.

Now here I would like to mention that the people from the advanced countries have started 'migrating' to developing countries. If some one earns 400 US $ per week, one stays in that country like a poor person. But if he or she get the same amount but opts to work from developing country, one can live with dignity as well as save money for oneself.

I here by appologise, that I became a member by furnishing incorrect information as the form I had to fill never had any provision for the persons living outside US. This real estate network should tune itself to the fast changing world

You know I choose to read your post because I thought it was going to be intresting as I find the turn to a global economy exciting. Over the years I have worked with real clients from Poland, Germany, England, .the Phillipines, Japan, Australia and New Zealand so I am no novice to international business. So Globalization is NOT a new thing!

Yes the world as a whole is becoming more globalized and business pratices are reflecting that.  But I find your to be dishonest and reprehensible for purposefully misrepresent your article through its title but to lie about yourself in order to join this site. Additionally, I do not need you nor appreciate you lecturing me or this country on how and where we should conduct buisness.  If you along with the rest of the world would wake up one day and find that the US had pulled the plug on its Foreign give aways through the UN and our own programs you might realize WE far out give any other country and then you might appreciate what is done for and with you and your kind.  But instead we receive this dribble from folks like you about how we need to feel the third worlds pain.  Bull! Or we are criticised for being successful which is also part of your oneside lecture.  So take my advise ole bud... cancel your participation here with the fake info .... If you want to be a part of this community... Do so honestly... And realize without the contributions of this country folks like you wouldn't have this platform to voice your  biased opinions for which from my perspective sounds like the whinning I hear when a group of little children get together and they are complaining about parental authority.

Hi Shakti,

Welcome to the USA. I did not realise that only people in the USA could join AR. Just wondering what made you pick Pilesgrove, NJ as your home town?

Maybe AR should look into this, the whole world is out there.

Shakti Sharma - One thing I hate is liars and I am totally backing Michael Roberts you have totally started out on the wrong foot with lying and trying to manipulate people into reading this blog ! If you dont like the way things are done in US...go home...if you don't like the way the US does things..than please don't accept the hand-outs we give you and many other countries...if you don't like the pay scale...go home and make pennies on the dollar ! As for me I am proud to be an American, I am proud  to live in the US and I am proud to have the right to tell people like you to go straight to hell !
