After reading several blogs and taking some webinars through Active Rain on blogging, I decided to get more active in blogging.

A few months ago, I closed a sale that was due to my blogging skills (Chuckle) acquired by Active Rain and all the wonderful agents that write blogs on Active Rain.  I wrote a blog on foreclosures, and a lady found my blog, and called me because she was facing foreclosure.

After visiting with her on the phone, I suggested she might qualify for a Short Sale.  After my listing presentation we listed as a Short Sale and sold in 2 weeks and closed 4 months later.  She ended very happy and relieved.
