Are you Looking for a Workout Program?

Hello Everyone, 

a workout programI know I have been kicking myself to find a workout program for the new year. I narrowed it down to two programs and decided that there were lots of other people who wanted to lose weight, get in shape, or get healthier so I built a little site highlighting the two workout programs I found. I had heard a lot of buzz on the one product and it seems it just gets results. The second workout program had more support and an online system for diet and accountability.

I sit at the computer a lot so I knew I needed something I could actually do. My wife and I had been doing some weight loss and fitness routines by going to the gym, but with time and 6 kids going to the gym is not always an option. My webiste is called aworkoutprogram.com and it has just a short description of the two programs, short videos that highlight the workout program and then some links to get more details if interested and read reveiews of the workout programs I chose.

Many times when I am searching for something it takes a long time and it is nice if someone else does the searching so you can just see what the best ones are. I looked at which ones were selling the most and based on my background in fitness and bodybuilding I chose the ones that aren't just marketing hype. Here is the link to a workout program . Stay healthy and don't wait until you have health problems or someone you know get them before you do something for your health.

Ross, having lost 52 lbs 4 years ago and having kept it off, I attribute much of my success to working out five mornings a week. I will soon be 64 years of age and working out + the weight loss has added so much energy to my life - unbelievable. I will check out your site.

Ross: Another way to go is to do outdoor sports, something that you really enjoy and where you interact with people. My whole life it's been rotating sports such as tennis, skiing, jogging, swimming and hiking. Over the Christmas Holidays I started to play tennis again. Amazing how fast one gets fit. Since you have kids, why not get them out there with you?

Good for you, and your site is a good resource.  Since I don't have any room in my house to do at-home workouts, I head to the gym, however I would love it if my gym would offer a P90X program because that does look like an excellent program.

I hired a personal trainer back in July, she has put me on a diet as well as exercise program and I've lost almost 70 lbs. I say the best programs are the ones that you will stick with!
