I know I have been kicking myself to find a workout program for the new year. I narrowed it down to two programs and decided that there were lots of other people who wanted to lose weight, get in shape, or get healthier so I built a little site highlighting the two workout programs I found. I had heard a lot of buzz on the one product and it seems it just gets results. The second workout program had more support and an online system for diet and accountability.
I sit at the computer a lot so I knew I needed something I could actually do. My wife and I had been doing some weight loss and fitness routines by going to the gym, but with time and 6 kids going to the gym is not always an option. My webiste is called aworkoutprogram.com and it has just a short description of the two programs, short videos that highlight the workout program and then some links to get more details if interested and read reveiews of the workout programs I chose.
Many times when I am searching for something it takes a long time and it is nice if someone else does the searching so you can just see what the best ones are. I looked at which ones were selling the most and based on my background in fitness and bodybuilding I chose the ones that aren't just marketing hype. Here is the link to a workout program .
