Florida Real Estate Recovery - Median Sale Prices Rising
Florida single family home sale prices are indeed an their way back up. Naturally, it is going to be a slow process, we are all aware of that but just seeing prices edging back up is a good sign.
Median sale prices for single family homes are up 5.3% over a year ago and an indicator that it is time to purchase if you are even remotely considering it! (Condo median sale prices are up 18.8%) !!!!!
Florida is leading our nation in a real estate recovery and that is excellent news for the local economy!
