Real Estate Sales Activity in the Pearl City Region

The Pearl City region has had steady growth in sales prices for that last few years and steady sales.  This report covers areas including: Halawa, Foster Gardens, Aiea, Aiea Heights, Waimalu, New Town, Royal Summit, Pearl City, and Pacific Palisades.

The below figures include both fee simple and leasehold properties.  These are only the totals and average sale prices.

Single Family homes sales have softened. Average sales price of single family homes have remained flat from last year.  Sales volume is down from last year.  Inventory levels are reasonably low.

Condo and townhouse sales are another story.  The trend is similar to the single family homes in the area.  Prices remain flat, volume down and inventory low.

janeAnne - Pretty steady.  In general sales volume is down island-wide, but sales prices are up island-wide with the highest growth in the nation.  We do have some communities that are not doing as well as others.
