Ed the first photo in your post made me think of spring.   I like the way you showed several types of home from the inventory.  Your report updated everyone on the Watertown CT real estate market.  This information is helpful to buyers and sellers.  You are still in a buyers market; in my area it is even more of a buyer's market based on current absorption rate.

Thanks Margaret: on all of my market reports, I put up mid value for current active, (first photo); mid value for sold and last photo is mid value of the condos.

Jennifer, there has been a great adjustment in Watertown over the last 2 years and the values are just starting to stabilize. Thanks for stopping.

Joy, in Watertown over the past 2 years the average decline has been about 10%. Some towns in the area saw declines of almost 20%. Thanks for stopping.

George, this is either the 4 or 5 feature for a market report of mine.

Juli, the spammers like all of the features as they get the most attention. The AR crew took a visit and eliminated it. The Gazebo sits right next to the town Hall on an island. The town hall is undergoing some structural repairs to the facade and is blocked by staging, not very attractive.
