Filling up your gas tank or paying your mortgage?

Real Estate Broker/Owner with Maxus Realty Group - Broker 301-246-0001 Broker - Realtor - CEO

It is days like today . . .that I'm feeling good to finally got rid of my 9 miles per gallon GAS HOG

It is also days like today  that I wonder. . what was I thinking of? when I first purchased it.

But now she is gone now and I'm feeling much  better.

In the same mentality.

How are you going to be feeling 5 years from now about your underwater mortgage?

Did you ride the storm hoping that things may get better?

The decision you make today, it matters!

It was difficult selling  my Hummer on a down market, preparing it, advertising it and negotiating. . But I had to do it and it was a pain; because I really loved my truck. . .

but she wasn't any good for my wallet.

Now a year later, I still look at my long gone truck. .I still love her but I smile when I think about her new owner who will be paying to fill up her tank!

She was a little overweight and I'm just noticing it? . ..I guess I didn't want to hear it back then.

If you are ready  to explore options for your underwater mortgage. .

Will a short sale ruin my credit?

Meanwhile, let me show you my gas hog sweetheart. . for old times sake. .

 She was a beauty. . .

Have a nice day!

GOOD MORNING FERNANDO! Love is blind right?!  What's been your new ride since you replaced this?  These things do get "no miles" to the gallon as a friend of mine, who owns one of these, says!

We Americans certainly do things to excess. We buy homes much to large for our needs and the same with vehicles. Interested in what you purchased for a new vehicle. Hope it gets over 20mpg

I give you credit for making that tough decision. Americans want it even though it puts strain on the rest of the family. We have to make the tough decisions going forward.

The first Hummer I ever saw was Arnold Schwarzenegger driving one in Los Angeles, long before he was governor.  We used to have breakfast at the same place he frequented.  With gas prices in LA howering at $4.89 a gallon for premium, it makes us all thing twice about our cars.  LOL A
