What on earth could this pouty little angel have done that he chose to sit in a corner on a cold concrete bench on a rainy day in Waynesville, NC? Whatever he did, he looks like he regrets his actions and could use a little forgiveness...and maybe some hot chocolate! That always makes me feel better.

This little angel reminds me of my mother-in-law. She had the very same little guy sitting at the entrance to her home for years. She's gone now ... so it was good to see this little guy's found a new home. Maybe not so sad afterall, Mona ...

Hi Mona - That's a great photo. Somehow the angel wings just don't go with the feel of the statue. I've seen that look many times on kids whose behavior just prior was anything but angel-like.
