Auctions can be Unreal

Today when most people have started to Christmas shop I was busy doing computer work for a Auction Company. Auctioning off house can be a great way to go. I saw a house today bring $20,000 over our highest expections and then I have been there when they did not sell but later we would have people come into the office and want to know if they could buy it. So let me know how some of you feel about Auctioning off property.

I think its a wonderful idea to auction off properties. That's why I went to auction school this month because it seems to be the wave of the future. Its a great way to earn money.

Auctioning is a good way to sell properties as long as the owners expect to sell at a wholesale discounted price. It is best to sell at an absolute auction. This encourages more bidders.
