Tempe remained with the best turn-over ratio among Valley cities compared to September, with 1 home sold for every 3.1 listed, although worse than September's 2.7. Three cities improved from September: Phoenix, Scottsdale, and Surprise. All cities still have significantly lower turn-over than October 2006.
