To all,

My townhouse is under contract pending inspections. Got a buyer within one week. Not bad for current market conditions.

I listed with Assist to Sell but it was the MLS that sold my house. All buyers came through the MLS not Assist to Sell.

Assist to Sell advertizes a fee of $3995 but if through MLS the fee is 4.5%. They garner listings with the $3995 but the MLS is the way homes are sold for the most part, just my opinion.

Even with the 4.5% commission Assist to Sell was still the best deal I could find.
