Our renters have no idea how desperate this market has become.  They think we are kidding when we tell them something they look at in the morning is already gone by the afternoon.

Our problem is we have too many rentals and that is sinking rental prices.  Will consider telling investors about alternatives in other markets.

Kevin, we have an awesome rental market in my area. I just rented two condos purchased for $50k each (plus $5k in renovations) for $1000 and $1100 per month. Good luck getting more investors for Port St. Lucie, Florida! :)
