Hi Anna,
Very nice indeed for Liz and Steve to send the gift.
I bet it is really good.
Enjoy the jam and the rest of your day.

Alexandra - I knew we had something in common! And yes talk about a Minnesota gesture....true Minnesotan all the way. Steve and Liz are amazing people!
Clint - we are certainly enjoying the jellies!!! And yes....it's amazing to receive such a fun gift from a fellow rainer.
What a warm and lovely gesture. I'm sure it was a delightful and welcome surprise Anna. Enjoy the rest of your Sunday. D
Isn't that wonderful.
I've gotten some wonderful gifts from ActiveRain friends. Fortunately, all were edible.
My favorite kind of gift.
Anna, What a wonderful surprise. I could not have said it better myself: “Never in a million years when I began my AR journey in 08 did I imagine the gift of solid relationships with great people all over the USA and Canada.” AR is truly an amazing place.
Anna- what a treat! This is the icing on the cake that is ActiveRain! I love edible gifts! (hint hint to anyone out there!!!)
Oh how nice! I love jelly and to have homemade jelly sent to you - what a treat. Those sweet/hot ones are the best on crackers with cream cheese.
Anna:
You are correct. Liz is the canning goddess who made the jams, and so much more! I can claim some points for helping to water, nurture and pick the berries, and peppers however.
After the clever way you reached out to us last year we felt it was fitting, and what better gift, sweet and simple. We will meet by the way. I know Liz would love to get to AZ again:)
Anna:
I can understand people sending stuff to you. You are such a joy to read and I know you must be the same in person. That was a very generous gift from Liz and Steve Backlaich.
Anna--What an awesome gift! We were through St Cloud and Alex today on our way to Moorhead....so many nice Minnesotans along the way. Enjoy your jams....that "hot yellow pepper" one looks interesting. :)
