If you have had your eye on a new home in Steel Ranch, which is Louisville's newest and most popular housing community, there is still time.  Ryland will be releasing more lots soon.

Although Ryland has a priority reservation list for their homes at Steel Ranch, there are still lots available that have been released for sale to the general public.  No doubt, Ryland is setting new sales records in Steel Ranch, as residents have been waiting for this newest housing community with unprecedented and pent up demand.  On my recent visit to the Ryland sales center this weekend, I discovered that Ryland's construction crews are striving to stay on schedule with over 40 homes currently under construction! 

Ryland's popular new "Perspectives" series in Steel Ranch, has been overwhelmingly well-received not only in Louisville as the city's newest housing community, but it has received accolades throughout Boulder County.

Steel Ranch is also home to Boulder Creek Builders' popular patio homes offering a lock-and-leave style lifestyle, popular to baby boomers downsizing their homes as well as young professionals with busy lifestyles.  The patio homes built by Boulder Creek Builders have unique features built into their homes specificly requesed by their revered focus groups.  I'm tempted to tell you about all of their unique features, and yet....
