During the holiday season, I have been going back through all my emails for the past year have been struggling in finding certain e-mails from various clients.

Then in reading my e-pro posts (that I have fell behind with), I discovered this handy little plugin for MS Outlook and from Microsoft called "Lookout".

This drop-in will actually add a nice little menu bar to your MS Outlook for indexing not only your MS Outlook Mailbox but also your archived folders and anyother folder on your computer. Very Handy!

Its just what I have been looking for and its FREE! So you have no excuse to go and get it for yourself at Microsoft.com; just search for it. I highly recommend it!

Sounds like a great tip! I have over 2000 emails on my outlook and have trouble sometimes figuring out where one is. I need to get a system in place for management. Many of them are people that wrote in and will be looking for a house in a year or so, and I keep up with them periodically.
