It's Monday

In the real estate business, weekends are tough on personal time. I try to take Sunday's to be with my family, but because this time of year my husband is obsessed with the NFL Sunday ticket and football, I consider working on Sunday's fun and, well, not work. Elam, my son likes to watch footballs with his dad so it's a good day for them to bond. Monday's are usually crazy. If I don't have an appointment on Monday morning, I like to take time to clear my head and make sure I'm on the up and up with my week. There's no such thing as weekends in real estate. It is a 24/7 business!

Kelly,

" In the real estate business, weekends don't mean much. "    Not sure I support your premise here.  Lots of people looking, open houses, offers submitted, counters, contracts, etc.

Hi Bill,

I appreciate your response about weekends don't mean much. As a new blogger, I didn't realize how important it was to be so clear on comments. I revised my blog. My meaning was real estate is a 24/7 business so weekends are just days of the week.

Thanks so much,
