Hey all,

I just bopped back in because I forgot one thing.  I love Ryan's idea about the shams.  One caution, I might suggest to use wide painters tape as the Duct Tape may leave a sticky residue on the shams.  I hope you all have a great day.

I'll be back later to comment (hopefully before Midnight!).  :)

Laura, duct tape, the universal mend all. just got to love it. One thing he mentions is pulling the furniture away from the wall a bit. The spacial presence is wonderful, but more importantly it doesn't block the heaters from doing their job.

Wow!  Thanks for the re-post Laura Baker!!  I may just have to re-post your re-post.  :)  Love all the comments too.  If you can't tell, I absolutely LOVE what I do!!!!  It is just crazy insane how fast my business took off!  Started it back in 2008 when I got laid off after 10 years with Merrill Lynch.  Never thought I would say this, but THANK GOD I GOT LAID OFF!!  Have a fun and profitable week everyone, and again thank you for the re-post and all of your wonderful comments!

Duct tape works wonders!!!  I wouldn't recommend using it on bedding at home...but for staging it is a dream!!  Thanks for all the comments!!

Ryan is a very nice guy. I had the luxury of meeting him when I would go and visit my friend Lori. Smart guy and I think the two of them make one superb and outstanding team.

See you at 9;30. It's nice you know Lori. Certainly one of the most talented, kind, and good persons you could ever meet. I would go as far as saying she sets the standards that are others are judged by in staging.

Laura - that was a great video.  I love the before and after - particularly the living room.  The tip on using duct tape for the pillow coverings was great.  My only suggestion is the sound quality - I kept having to turn up and down the speakers to hear him and then the music would blast in.  I can see why you liked Ryan Dressel's staging video.

Gotta love duct tape Amy Hahn!  Not much more in life that works for so many things!

Hi  Barbara, lots of great tips here!  I'll be posting more soon.  :)

My pleasure Clint!  So glad you liked it.

No no no John!  You are not to duct tape anyone anything to the headboard!  The tape goes on the back of the pillow to make it stiff!  I promise you Debbie will not get upset over that!

LaNita, the height a picture is hung makes all the difference in the world doesn't it?

Hang in there Michael.  I will get 'er done soon!  ;-).

Ryan, it is amazing how things work out sometimes.  I hope you receive all you deserve.  Keep that energy going!

That was a great idea Ellen.

I have to admit Conrad, I didn't!  But I have tried it this week.  It does work well.  :)

Tom, thanks again for breakfast!  I had a blast.  Still laughing about the stories you shared!

Yes Juli, I noticed the sound issue as well.  The pillow trick does work!  I used it this week for a vacant house I am working on.  COOL!
