Remember snow days as a kid?? THe great thing about real estate, we get snow days!!
After a day long snow storm we ended this morning with 18 inches in the White Mountains of NH!!
My daughter was thrilled to have a day off and so was I!! I am hoping that the skiiers will start pouring in this weekend and start the winter season early. Last year we had a slow RE year in December NO SNOW!!
THis is a great second home market for all seasons. The winter brings lots of skiiers and winter out door people. Condos are a great alternative for the second home market. Not only are the affordable, most of our associations have on site rental porgrams. So if you feel you won't use the condo enough, you can use it as a rental investment!!
