The World Is Only Getting More Wireless With Data.

With more wireless devices proliferating like tablet and iPad computer platforms, eReaders like the Kindle and Nook, and all sorts of cellular and WiFi capabilities built into smart phones we are RELYING on wireless as a connection for anytime anywhere communication with data, and that means video too. Social apps with tweets, Facebook, blogs and surfing the Net, email and texting MORE WIRELESS. WiFi Hot Spots popping up on each corner and in businesses. LTE Long Term Evolution 4G cellular deploying with much improved cellular speeds.

Embrace wireless. It is the new wave of communication.

The graphic made me chuckle out loud. I agree with you and don't see what people are gaining by not getting on board. You are only as connected as you want to be at any given time. I have had to learn to set boundaries with my 'screens' as I call them, but I couldn't live without them!

Seems like we are connected 24/7. There are always negatives that go along with being available 24/7. I need to find my Senior vitamin bottle :)

I too love the cartoon!

But, I disagreed with your conclusion.

We maybe talking and typing more, but I suspect we're communicating less.

When in High School and College I worked for a paper we repeatedly warned about "tripe" the over use of even valuable comments. I believe we're quilt of tripe, talking more and saying less.

The only way some people could say less is by talking more! Many are trying aimlessly.

Gary--Pretty funny photo...Birds have few worries around here though. Drove up 94 toward Fargo on Sunday and there were several new power lines being installed. I think they were electrical but the birds can still have a place to perch. :)

Those birds definitely look uncomfortable. We love the wireless printer and mouse. Our keyboards are still functioning perfectly well so not quite ready to ditch it in favor of wireless.
