Are You Riding the Home Buyers Fence? It's Time to Make Your Move!

Are you are looking to buy a home or property but aren't quite sure if you're making the right decision? Let me tell you this is a great time to buy. Competitive prices, Low Mortgage Rates, Plenty of Selection... What more could you ask for?

I am not an expert in all markets, but I am in Kittitas County, Washington. If I could give one word of advice to potential buyers it would be to make your purchase NOW! The market is incredibly favorable to you right now, and we never really know when conditions will change.

I predict, with our healthy economy and more buyers having confidence, prices will definitely rise by summer of 2009. Now is the time to make your purchase! You still have excellent prices in our area on all types of property, and excellent mortgage rates. Currently, most of our buyers are getting approved for conventional loans under 7%.

Laura - good post, it is what we all are experiencing. It is difficult to get the buyer to trust in us enought to believe us when we say now is the time. You'll be sorry when a year from now the prices have crept back up,the interest rates have changed, and all your buyers are looking at each other and saying "why didn't I....?" If you figure out the magic words to open the buyers eyes be sure to post for all the rest of us. I enjoyed your post so went back and read someof what else you have read and I like your style so I will be book marking you for the future. I love the large transaction that came your way. I wish all of us could be rewarded for hard work and dilligence in our profession, but I will keep the faith!

Thank you for your comments. I completely agree... I wish I had the magic words. Hopefully, we can just convey that we are the experts and hopefully buyers will follow our advice.

Do keep the faith. Everyone's hardwork does eventually pay off. Just make sure to keep doing what you do to generate business on a consistant basis.
