Buffet is such a hypocrite. Yeah, like he says he wants to pay more taxes, but when it comes down to it, he doesn't because he uses all the loopholes he can to avoid paying taxes. Like he would buy millions of SFRs! What a joke. Thanks for the laugh today.

I just read an article about how Buffet admits that he was wrong about the real estate market rebound. Not everyone, actually NO ONE can predict the future. In hidset we are all brilliant!!

He clearly said "if it were practical to do so" meaning it's not practical to have to try and maintain that many properties. His point was simply that percentage wise real estate is a good investment. And he's right. My there is a lot of hostility here.
