Are you on the sideline WAITING..... and WAITING... for the SPRING

By
Real Estate Agent with Keller Williams Realty Gold Coast 40PA0993767

Many people may think this is the time to take a break... and to sit on the sidelines. Nothing is going to sell now and buyers are too busy shopping for Christmas presents and nothing is happening now... so you think that you should take a break now.... but now it not the time to sit on the sideline.. You have to prepare yourself for what will come next....

Take time out and take a look at your business plan and your goals. What have you accomplished and what do you want to do differently. The market is changing and we may have to re-event ourselves for the future. Don't be fooled many homes are being sold and many Buyers are looking to purchase their dream homes. Where are you...... can they find you.. are you hi-berating like the grizzle bear.... are you ready for what will come next.

Let's stop waiting and waiting for something to happen. You can do it.. take time out to build your business.. You may have  to push your way through...... but remember that if you hang in there and don't give up... you will be REWARDED .. Come on and take a ride to see what the end will be......

STOP WAITING FOR THE SEASON TO CHANGE AND GET WARM..... MAKE THE MOST OF NOW AND CHANGE THINGS... YOU CAN DO IT......

I BELIEVE IN YOU ... JUST BELIEVE IN YOURSELF........

Great post...this has traditionally been a busier time for me.  So much to do, I hand write cards to everybody, bills, dues, and the run of the mill holiday hustle.  It is the best time to stay on top of the game!

Brett: Thanks for stopping by... Keep planting .. I know that you'll see the tree soon

Steve: Don't give up... I've been planting for soon time now... but I know that it takes time for people to come to a decision.. I had a client and she couldn't decide on buying a property, so she pulled out... but I'm glad I didn't give up.. She recommends me to all her friends... She told me ... Donna they are picky like me, so I know that you'll be able to take care of them for me.. WoW.. I'm not sure it that was a good referral or not... ..but I know it will work out..

Joe: Your so right... I know that the season will bring more seller to the market... because they know that the market is not going to change back to those days.. so they will be taking the money and run.....

Alicia: Thanks for your thought... if we sow we will reap.....

Donna,

I have another idea.  Your clients are visiting Florida for the holiday's in droves.  Send a referal and make a few extra dollars this season.

I had planned to sit back awhile, relax, plan for next year, plant some seeds here and there.

But it hasn't worked out.  Clients are too busy calling for inspections.

Did get my Christmas cards ordered and in.  Now I just have to get them out.  Time's flying by.

Just plugging along waiting for the slow down.

Don't wait... now is when the inventory starts to deplete and the people that came on last spring that didn't sell expire.     I tell my clients... January 1.. hit the pavement running!!!!!    This past January was one of my busiest to date.   Good luck
