Stop and Smell the Roses

By
Real Estate Agent with BCR Realtors 262359

Sometimes we just have to make ourselves slow down and take a deep breath....and (God forbid) just forget about work, and all our other daily responsibilities.  Look around at God's beauty and tell yourself. "Everything is great."  It really is. Try it right now . Get up from your desk. Walk outside. Oh, and leave your darn cell phone on your desk.  Don't tell anyone where you are.  Take 10 minutes.  Look around and you will see things you never noticed before. Be grateful.

Ok ..............now you can get back to stress.

For many, leaving that cell phone behind for even 10 minutes is a stresser. They may have to practice going cell-less.

Rosario,  Recently I went 2 days without turning  my computer on and was careful about  spending too much time on the phone. .  Got 3 contracts done.

Heather,  That is one of our roses.  It is so funny. It does nothing ...and the it blooms like crazy.

Orlando,   I know what you mean....time flies when we have fun.

mmmm, what a pretty rose.... I can imagine the smell!  Thanks.  I don't dare go outside right now.... pouring rain, but it's still beautiful.

Trey, That is the most beautiful color of rose and perfect in every way....awesome.  In my opinion, too many people live on the cell phone all the time.  Me...I know when to turn it on and when to turn it off. I figure if I don't have the phone on and someone calls me. they can leave a message.  If they don't leave a message, then I don't need them because they are not going to be loyal to be anyway and I only work with loyal buyers and sellers.  Yes...let's stop and smell the roses.....

Trey, yesterday and actually this morning were stress but this afternoon was a smell the roses afternoon.  You are right in this business if we don't take time to smell the roses we will be burning out.
