Thoughts for 2007

By
Education & Training with Pacifica Endeavors LLC

As the real estate market slows down, the population of real estate agents is dwindling.  Those who rode the wave when the market was hot often do not have the experience or knowledge to survive in harder times.  Even veteran REALTORS are re-thinking their strategy.

The key to not just surviving, but indeed prospering during 2007 will be to work smarter, not harder.  Those who utlize Internet marketing in a skillful manner will have a good year.  After all, the Internet can be a 24x7 marketing machine that never sleeps.

Some believe that Internet marketing is too technical and expensive. In fact, just the opposite is true.  Internet marketing costs less than traditional marketing, such as direct mail, and yields significantly better results. And you don't have to be a techie to enjoy its benefits.  That's what people like me are for, someone who understands online marketing AND the real estate industry.  The unique Internet marketing services we offer at www.renewsletter.com are both affordable and effective.  Drop in soon to see for yourself!

Have a happy and prosperous 2007.

Very well said! One thing is always constant - change. And that includes the real estate industry.

I just read another great post by Pat Kitano of TransparentRE entitled "Radical Transparency", which outlined the changes coming in the near future.

I believe that all real estate professionals who wish to prosper in the future should pay close attention to the changes occuring and ride the wave rather than get crushed by it.

My blog and those it's linked to is dedicated to discussing and sharing emerging technologies within the real estate industry. Would love your input, ideas and feedback on it.

Thanks!
