I'm always amazed at the number of people that say "Oh, the end of the year is a slow time...so I'm not working right now. I'll hit it hard after the new year".
Why then? These folks will be "hittin' it hard" along with 2 million other people that are thinking the same thing!
Meanwhile, the people that ARE looking at homes right now.....because they know what a wonderful time it is to be a buyer (low interest rates, motivated sellers, etc.).... are looking for information & help.
December & January continue to be some of my best months of the year! Not because I'm some sort of 'workaholic'...... but because i'm available to answer questions....when a lot of others are not!
I hope all readers have a safe New Year's weekend....and if you aren't already....then "hit it hard" in the new year! I know I will be.
