The only time I get depressed about the economy (anymore)is when I go into the office or go on a listing appointment. I used to believe (like alot of people in the industry) that I was trapped by situations that were out of my control, and that until things turned for the better, all I could do was wait it out.
Now, anyone that was ever in command in the military said that the best defense is a good offense. It's the same in sports. Insulate yourself from what is coming, but be prepared to break out, and take control of your own destiny. "Man up, Woman up" so to speak.
