Enoch is another of the wonderful communities that we work in. It is a really nice, growing community which is located 5 or 6 miles North of Cedar City. It is a community that has grown a lot over the past 30 years. The 2010 census listed 5,803 residents up from 678 residents in the 1980 census.

Enoch is a community with many new subdivisions with some great homes, most of the lots in Enoch are large .4 of an acre or larger. There are 2 Elementary Schools inside of the Enoch City boundaries. The Middle School and High School are both in Cedar City.

There are still several farms located in Enoch, so homes with really large parcels are available. There are currently 44 homes listed for sale in Enoch. In the past 12 months there have been 81 homes sell in Enoch.

Tony Rob can buy the one in the Ridge. Since I'm a sucker for covered front porches I'm ready to move in the one in Spanish Trails. The picket femce helps,too. Excellent report on Enoch. BTW, I put up a post today that shows we have lovely scenert in Virginia, too :)
