I recorded the Oscars because I cannot stand the commercials. I also don't like some of the categories while important to some, bore me to tears. You can't help but notice the egos, pride, power, manipulation and all the rest of it at work too. It is sort of a quick study on human nature and what goes on at the top
I'M SORRY...BUT IF THIS IS LIFE AT THE TOP, LEAVE ME OUT OF IT
These are not real people worthy of any serious accomplishments. This is pure questionable entertainment and with very few exceptions. The whole thing is money/ego driven with the people who are King makers making others into Kings. Thinking and talking like you are more than you are is a turn off.
HOW BEAUTIFUL THE EMPEROR LOOKS IN THOSE CLOTHES
It reminds me of the EMPERORS NEW CLOTHES STORY. You don't dare tell the King who has money, power and fame that he is wrong. So, someone decided to make fun of him and mock all the cowards who wouldn't speak up. They convinced him he had clothes so beautiful that only he could see them...
SO, YOU GOT MONEY. WHAT ELSE DO YOU HAVE?
Some of those people make 10-100 million dollars for a few short months worth of work. Then, they go out and buy things that cost millions of dollars at a time. I don't see anything special except the money they make which when given to anyone can make them into one of them...
WRONG IMITATES RIGHT IF IT CAN GET AWAY WITH IT
The person who has peace, contentment, purpose, reality, realness, honesty, genuineness and does things outside of the realm for personal gain rates high with me. They are the true rich. Worshiping each other, the world and the people who control the world makes for a worse human being not a better one..
WE ALL SEE WHAT WE SEE
I know some of you will vehemently disagree and I encourage you to do so. My experience of this years Oscar proved to me something I monitor from time to time. Give people too much money, fame, fortune and power and they lose the edge of being human. Its all over the globe too
INSANITY...DOING IT OVER AND EXPECTING A DIFFERENT RESULT?
Their production, drive and contributions become drudgery and mundane far from inspired or meaningful. Its the age old question of now that you have everything...what do you do next? For those that rely on their outsides for motivation and reward the answer is simple...MORE OF THE SAME
DON'T BE FOOLED
For those that go within and seek something greater, that journey has no end. The true coin of that realm remains priceless, travels with you, cannot be taken from you nor does it lose value. Seek that....
