Every buyer appreciates when realtors like Anita Clark share great sites to find info on Foreclosures.  That's true, I'm sure in Byron Georgia as well!  I always tell my buyers Risk ->  Reward - As a buyer you're taking a risk - but there MAY be a reward - ot there may not be... 

Fourteen months ago I sold a foreclosure to a woman who needed an inexpensive home to live in -  She paid $96k for this 2 bedroom home - Unfortunatley she's had some troubles and will need to sell - We just listed her home - after 14 months of our market still adjusting down - at $134,900 !  Risk YES - she went in not even knowing the plumbing would work - Reward? Yes!  i've had a half dozen calls already confirming they'd be at the home on Sunday when we open the doors to buyers!
