Oh what to do in a small bathroom to give it that "SPA-LIKE" feel ??? .. Give me some feed back, the owner loved it and wanted to keep my things. I keep all white accessories handy for making a bathroom into a spa. However, this was a little challanging since the room was long and narrow. Since I am fairly new at this let me know what you think, what I could have done, what maybe I should have not done... The realtor had the photos on his web-site that were my "before" and after I did the staging he changed his photo on the web-site.

You definitely achieved the "spa-like" feel with the fluffy white rug, robe and accessories. The only suggestion I could possibly make would be to the addition of greenery... that always seems to remind me of a spa. :) Great transformation between the before & afters - nice work!

Mary Lou,
Just a little tip when shooting a bathroom, try placing a nicely folded stack of towels on the toilet lid. It makes the toilet less toiletty.
Over all I think it looks great but I agree with Lisa, a large fluffy white rug would be perfect.
Kathleen: Thanks for the photo tip, I will try that next time
Lisa: I forgot to bring the greenery, and the home is out on the lake, a long way from Wal-Mart or wherever I could get some. But knew that I needed it, thanks for the advise, since I am new at this all the "free" advise I can get is very much appreciated...
Maureen: That is an excellant idea, thanks
Susan,,,another great idea
Hello Mary Lou....nice idea to give the small bath a more spa-like look. One thing to remember in small baths....too many little things often makes a small room look cluttered. You are better off with the idea of 'less is more' and then add extra if need be. One nice pot of greenery in an appropriate size tends to look less cluttered than 5-6 items on top of a small cabinet.
Instead of the single candle on the bottom of the white shelf, add a stack of three or more neatly folded towels. This look adds fluffy 'weight' and shows the bottom shelf as 'useful' if you really wanted to keep that table in there.
Glad you removed that little rug in front of the sink area!! Nice work! Regards-Kathleen G
