Lennar Homes Releases New Models in Runaway Bay!

Lennar Homes of Southwest Florida has released its second distinctive village at Fiddler's Creek — Runaway Bay, a neighborhood of 98 single-family residences situated along the Creek and the Creek Course.

Located within the Marsh Cove section of Fiddler's Creek, Runaway Bay will offer four floor plans. Construction will begin in March with the first model available shortly thereafter.

The Bougainvillea is a one-story design offering 2,800 square feet of air-conditioned living space. The model features three bedrooms, three baths and a study with a base price of $599,990.

The Camellia is a one-story floor plan encompassing 3,043 square feet of air-conditioned living space, four bedrooms, three baths and a study. The plan is base priced at $629,990.


The Lantana is a two-story residence offering 3,542 square feet of air-conditioned living space. The model has four bedrooms, four baths and a study, plus a bonus room. The base price of the Lantana is $669,990.

The Laurel is a two-story residence encompassing 3,659 square feet of air-conditioned living space. It features three bedrooms, three baths and a study, plus a bonus room. The base price of the Laurel is $699,990.

Each residence at Runaway Bay will be constructed of steel reinforced concrete block and will feature a three-car garage. Standard features include gas cooktops, Howe style wood casing, granite kitchen countertops, Victorian style baseboard and crown molding, and designer bath fixtures. Two-level pool and luxury spa upgrades are available.

Homes situated along the Creek will have a dock option at the time of purchase. The Creek allows for electric boats, kayaks and canoes for homeowners to enjoy. Other homes have views of the Creek Course.

Launched in 1998, Fiddler's Creek comprises of nearly 4,000 acres and is zoned for 6,000 residences. The master-planned community will be comprised of about 100 distinct residential neighborhoods upon completion.
