HOT TUB , WANT TO JUMP IN ???

By
Home Stager with HOME STYLE AND STAGING LLC

The Realtor that I worked with had placed the "Before" photo on his web-site, as you can see it was uninviting and you could not even see that the lake was right there. How relaxing, sitting in the hot tub, glass of wine and a view of the lake !!! I did the staging, showing off the view of the lake. Now he has placed my "after" photos on the web-site and he had a call just one week after changing all the photos. You gotta show it off and make them want to jump in and have a glass of wine..Give me some feed back...HOT TUB BEFORE PHOTOHOT TUB "AFTER PHOTO"

Not only did you make the hot tub more welcoming so clients wanted to jump in... but the photo shows the beautiful lake as well!  Nice job!

Yes I do!  Especially after shoveling 6" of snow off my deck.  What's the address, I'll be right over!

Living in Minnesota with howling winds right now and more snow on the way, I'd LOVE to jump in that tub!!!!  Heck, I'd jump in if it wasn't winter!  Looks good!

You wonder why the agent didn't take the picture facing the lake...did they really think the stairs, dead leaves and old painted skid helped sell the tub?!

If they didn't bring you in...they'd never get any calls. It looks totally dumpy with the original shot.

Good job!

Your staged version looks a LOT more inviting -- nice transformation!  Is this something you can keep going through the winter months too?

Very well done Mary Lou.  It is much more inviting now. It looked just like a big mess before and everything looked overgrown.

Terrilynn: Thank you...I will have to agree I love the way that it looks now, the homeowner was very happy with the look. The Realtor changed to this photo after he saw the difference that it made. I have done more work for this client. thanks for the reply...
