With all the city buyouts and investor gobble ups.  We have been steadily losing inventory.

The mad scramble to get a piece of the action appears inevitable.  At some point , the rubber will hit the road and we will be back to looking for land and available contractors to satisfy the demand.

Canada, California and Washington residents continue to lead the way in the out of state buyer category.
