Leslie, what great advice.

A poor server in an other wise great restaurant can ruin the experience.  Same with a rude clerk in a store, or a poorly dressed business person at some corporate office.

EVERY person in an organization can affect a customer or client's perception of that business.

Thank you Fred. The owners or CEO of those businesses are wondering, "Why are our sales are down?" I am hoping to open their eyes to possible issues.

Sometimes the trees are seen but not the forest. Thank you so much for reading and adding an important comment. Have a great day!
