The Equator site provides a comprehensive messaging system where all communications are stored in a message repository. You can send as well as receive messages through this messaging system. Agents will receive messages alerting them to their tasks that need to be performed, as well as messages sent to them by their servicers regarding the property.
Agents and Vendors will often receive important documents attached to their messages. For example, listing agreements and contracts that need to be signed are frequently attached to a message. Messageshelp you quickly view what has happened on your properties since the last time you logged in. Since messages are never deleted, Agents can check past messages for information on what has previously happened, and what has been sent regarding the property.
