WHY DO THEY STOP TRYING

  I just cant understand Realtors. They come into the business and they are all ready to go. Then in a very short time they start the same old stories. THE MARKET IS BAD......I CANT FIND PEOPLE TO TALK TO... I NEVER GET THE LISTINGS... I DON'T KNOW HOW TO FIND PEOPLE. It is very frustrating to me. I give training's. I encourage them I even go out with them and show them how to knock doors. I will hold hands with them and show them how to do the job. Then within a short time they quit and stop all business, go find a job and tell me they are going to do real estate part time. 

  Is it just me or do some of you other great brokers get this same type problem. I went from 22 Realtors to 2 Realtors. I know that the market is harder, but it is not that hard. I find people everyday. I close deals every month. Tell me, Please tell me WHY DO THEY STOP TRYING....

If everyone could be successful as a real estate agent, then everyone would be one. I look at it as I am providing an opportunity for them to change their life and the lives of their families. Not everyone chooses to take advantage of opportunities presented. No one can instill the "desire" they have to bring that themselves.
