Being present during showings is the worst.  We have had a few sellers insist on being there during all showings.  It makes things awkward.  Great post.  Suggested.

Nice post.  In the rare case when a seller IS home, they need to leave and walk the dog.  Or cat.  Or themselves.

Richie - I think Sellers should have a manual and pass a test before listing a house.  


Christiansen Team - Thanks so much for Suggesting!!  You are right there is nothing more uncomfortable to a buyer than having a seller lurking around during showings - and Michael has a point.... they need to take a walk!  I would recommend at least 15 minutes before the scheduled showing time.  Sometimes agents are early.
