Real Estate Face Time, being in front of clients.

Using Technology to get foundReal Estate for all the technology to send and receive, display, tell and show our goal is still, creating face to face meetings.  Everything we do as real estate agents is working toward that one event, a face to face meeting.

I talk to dozens of people on the phone everyday but 90% of my opportunity happens when I meet them face Real Estate Agent and client talkingto face.  You can build rapport with clients over the Internet, from your website and phone.  You start building trust with testimonials but complete trust and faith is built when you meet and see each other.

Body language, tells us many things.  Facial expressions or lack of can help guide you to the next question or answer.  For example handing something to someone who isn’t expecting the gift causes surprised.  Just like showing up at an appointment not being prepared for what the client thought was going to be discussed causes disappointment.

We work so hard at being on the first page of Google forgetting many times our goal is to be the first number a real estate client calls.

Adding rapport, technology and page ranking without face time is like having a cupcake without frosting!  Something is missing.  Our real efforts should be spent at getting face to face with clients.  Conversions from a call, tweet, email or search on our websites to an appointment creating business is why we do all these other steps in the client search process.

Good luck, I hope you have more face time meetings than you can handle.  Then you can hire an assistant!

Gary, you are right on,  the internet can help the "phone" ring, but it is how you are face to face that makes or breaks our business.
