I Am Ready To Kick Up My Heels And Shout "Oh, Happy Day!" Why? I've Been Working With A Buyer For A Period Of Time Now And Yesterday He Told Me That He's Ready To Find A House Owned By A Homeowner!!!
When We Started Out He Wanted To Find "A Deal" And We Have Submitted Several Offers Only To Have To Deal With Highest & Best Offers. He Told Me That It Really Wasn't Worth The Stress To Him Waiting On Sellers (Bank Owned, REO's, Foreclosures, HUD) That Take Their Sweet Time In Replying, Agents Listing Properties Only To Have Their Offers Outbid Ours. He's Also Decided To Increase His Price Range From When We Started.
Ending This Post On Another Positive ~ Spoke To His Lender And Told Her What He Had Said And She Tells Me That #5 Of Her Transactions Are Buyers/Sellers...As In TRUE Homeowners. I Currently Have 4 Transactions And 2 Of Those Are Buyers/True Homeowners. I Hope This Is A Trend Of More To Come! Oh, Happy Day!
