I have a great new listing in Coral Gables.  It is located at Village Place right off Bird Avenue and Salzedo Street.  Residents will have the luxury of walking across to enjoy the upscale shops and dining of the Village of Merrick Park.  Along with mall's great amenities, Village Place features a state of the art exercise room, a quarter mile jogging path on the fourth floor, and a large pool deck and clubroom great for entertaining.

The units also add luxury with their Italian cabinets and granite countertops in the kitchen, and marble bathrooms.  My listed unit is 2 bedrooms, 2 baths with 1065 square feet of living space.  Enjoy the view of Coral Gables on the large balcony.  Even pets are welcomed!

Hurry only a few units remain in one of the best locations in Coral Gables.  Please contact me for any more information.

Hi Lyanne,

Welcome to Active Rain! There's a lot of great people here to network with and so much to learn.  I've only been on AR a couple of months and have gotten a couple of leads ( nothing closed yet, but I'm working on it). I've also made a few new friends. I'm also getting some good search engine recognition.  Enjoy!

Check out the marketing and newbies groups if you haven't already..lots of great info there! If you have any questions about blogging or getting around AR, give me a shout..I'll be happy to help.

Hi! Welcome to the site. There are so many different blogs to read here. There are tons of topics out there from real estate, marketing, technology, seo, staging, mortgage, etc. It goes on and on. Find topics you like (in the groups) follow those for a little while, start to find certain writers you like. Comment on their posts. You'll start to get to know people and before you know it... you'll have figured out the benefits of the site.

Your consumer posts are included on localism.com. So you could write about your area or about things you know in real estate or related etc.
