I personally love the Kapalua Spa--it is one of my favorite things about living in the Kapalua Resort. I love the yoga and bootcamp classes, and if you have a chance, I'd highly recommend booking a personal training series with Tom Ockerman. He's fantastic! You can meet the Kapalua Spa team at their Wellness Fair and Expo on March 19th from 1-4 pm.
