Don't Miss Whale Tales
Don't Miss Whale Tales
My friend Ellen Caruso is amazingly talented. She started a wonderful series called Whale Tales that you don't want to miss. Her artwork features a fairy tale that's easy to recognize and a Daniel Gale Sotheby's agent helping the folks in the story.
At the end of this post are links to Whale Tales #1-15. Each one is special and unique. Also, some of them have been inspired by other Active Rain members. I was lucky enough to be her inspiration for #13 (my lucky number).
Thank you Ellen! We love your work!
Welcome to my 16th "Whale Tale". This one adresses a fairly new topic of my awarness and practices in Real Estate. New to me but not to

You see, a few weeks ago I posted that my husband is back to building. As he applied for the permits for the new house he's going to build, he found out there are new requirements, as of 2012 New Construction must conform to be eco-friendly and energy efficient. With this he needs to hire a outside consulting firm, that inspects and assists into conforming with the requirements. When reading Debb's blogs, and getting to know her better, she embodies all there is to know about this subject. So inspired by her, this "Whale Tale" seems so fitting.
I hope you enjoy it!
In case you missed the rest.......
