This could be your last chance to take advantage of tax credits for energy efficient home improvements because they will run out on 12/31/2007.

In the meantime, here are some of the highlights.
- Up to $500 for insulation and exterior doors including storm doors. This is 10% of the product, not the labor.
- Up to $300 towards the full purchase price including installation of a central air conditioner, heat pump or water heater
- 10% of the total cost of exterior windows, skylights and storm windows that carry the Government's ENERGY STAR label
- Up to $150 towards the full purchase price of a furnace or boiler.
Remember to check out the Department of Energy website and remember too that you have until the last day of the year.
